Build and continuously improve a fast, conversion-focused ticketing platform where customers can search live events, browse venues, select seats, compare listings and complete secure purchases across desktop and mobile.

Product Context

The service operates as a trusted secondary marketplace where seller-set prices may be above or below face value. The public product covers concerts, sports, theater, cities, nearby events, venue pages, customer support, buyer guarantee flows, seller onboarding and a preferred access program.
